HOW MANY DAYS THE DELIVERY SHOULD TAKE
Can’t wait to receive your item? We feel you.

Please be aware that it generally might take 1-2 weeks to process your order, according to our stock availability.

Once ready, your parcel is delivered to the carrier and it could take between 2 and 5 days to be delivered to you.

*please note that We deliver only to a ground floor unless special arrangements have been made with us



HOW MUCH THE DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs may differ and are calculated at the checkout according to volume and weight of the item and your eligible shipping location.



WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO
We plan to deliver our items up to the Moon! We are on it but for now we need to play it safe being able to ship to Europe only. Some special bulky items could happen not to be available to ship everywhere: if you are interested in one of them please contact our sales team and you’ll receive all the needed specifications to organize it accordingly.



MANUFACTURING AND COMMERCIAL WARRANT
All our products are guaranteed free of charge for 2 years in compliance with European community current laws.



HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Cool but not what you - or your friend who you gifted it - expected? No strings attached.

To request the return of one or more purchased items you have 14 days being - calculated from the day you received them - at the end of which it will no longer be possible. If you are returning the item because you no longer like it, the recipient of your gift did not appreciate it or you simply changed your mind, the shipping costs will be at your expense. If otherwise the product arrives damaged, or has defects, the costs of withdrawal and replacement are charged to us.

In order to make the return correctly the product must not show wear signs and it must haven’t been used.

It will therefore be necessary to write an email to sales@wftb.it with order number, articles you want to return and a reason for return (we don’t judge but we’d like to keep track of it). If you are returning the item because defective please attach demonstrative pictures. You’ll receive all the instructions to send it back by e-mail within 7 days.



HOW THE RETURN POLICY WORK
We’re sure you’ll love them at first sight but, if not, you’re totally free to send them back within 14 days.

If the item is defective, we’ll cover the expenses. If you changed your mind we ask you to cover them to let our product find the way home.



OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
Sometimes our most desired ones are not currently available. The struggle is real, we know that! We can ensure you we will do our best to restock them and get them for you as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can subscribe to our Newsletter to stay updated on new arrivals (and much more).



HOW TO SEE IN PERSON OUR PRODUCTS
On the fence about one of our items? We got you. Sometimes you need to touch and see it with our own eyes.

And we know that eventually you won’t be able to take your eyes off it.

PAYMENT METHODS
We keep you safe. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We accept payment by credit/debit cards by Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa circuits. Express check out options through Paypal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay are also available.



VAT INVOICE
After completing your online purchase, you’ll receive an-email with your order number and receipt.

In case you need a VAT invoice please be sure to fill in the appropriate form during the check-out process.
